FAQ
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
No, early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated by the property. If you arrive before check-in, the hotel will be able to store your luggage so you can enjoy the property prior to receiving your room.
How can I make a spa appointment during my stay?
You may email The Spa Palmera at spagroupreservations@thebocaraton.com prior to your arrival to reserve your appointment. Spa services, including massages and facials, will be available on February 9 and 10 between 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM. When contacting the spa, please mention that you are with the BMW group and include your preferred treatment, date, and time frame.
Will transportation be provided for trips away from the hotel?
No, transportation will only be available to and from FLL and DJT Airports during arrivals and departures, as well as for other organized meeting activities and events.
Am I able to extend my stay before or after the meeting?
A limited number of nights may be available outside of the meeting dates. If you would like to request additional nights, please select your preferred shoulder nights when transferred to the registration platform. These will be available on a first-come, first-booked basis.
What activities are available at the resort besides golf and spa?
